Super Dmz dosage question

Whats up i just received my first bottle of dmz and gear support, gonna start it this sunday coming up but i have a question or two, i work night shift 12 hour shifts 6 to 6, what would be the best way to take the dmz? and one more question what kinda stuff should i stay away from during my cycle as far as food and drink?

Which version of SDMZ do you have? There are several.

Gear support is not what I would recommend. Red Clover raises liver enzymes.

2.0 that's what was recommended to me by one of the moderators on here

2.0 is good at 2 caps daily taken in split doses.

Just stay away from alcohol. You're taking two strong methyls - your liver will be under enough stress as-is.
