Okay i really want that big chest up top but my middle is kinda out of porportion with my top, now my question is can i keep incline at 10-12 rep range and bench press as 5-6reps? Will that effect my training in anyway? i want to keep my middle chest from growing to much bigger and focus on strength, want to keep everything looking great, Thanks!

I would just make sure you train everything in balance to prevent imbalance if that makes sense? What is your ultimate goal? To LOOK good (bodybuild) or be able to move heavy ass weight (powerlift)? Both can be achived to some degree, just depends on how you train.

Agreed. In order to have the well rounded peck look you will have need to train them all around ex. Incline, decline, reg bench, close hand bench etc... If you just focus on one thing then you will look unproportioned imo. As far as me I don't go heavy on one bench then light on say incline bench because I am looking to grow in strength along with physique.

Your flat bench rep range is on par, but I would increse your weight on inclines & drop it to the 8rep range. This will give the the mucle density your looking for. Another note on your inclines make sure your completing your full ROM, none of that half rep shit on top.

^^^ WERD! Full ROM on everything. Also look into doing BW dips or use a dip machine with your elbows as far back as possible, will defintely pack on the fullness/mass.

if your wanting to increase your press train your triceps harder and heavier and get them stronger

Agreed. Unfortunately for me right now I am having to lift light as I have a mild case of tendonitis.
