DOCTORS NEED TO CHANGE THE WAY THEY HELP PATIENTS

  • 6 min read

I’m going to trigger a lot of people here, but it needs to be said. The way modern medicine and doctors are treating patients today is wrong. Now, I’m going to preface this by saying that not all doctors are bad. That would be an unfair statement to make by painting everyone with the same brush. But there is a considerable number of doctors who (in my opinion) have no idea what they are talking about if it doesn’t involve a prescription or medication. Think I’m wrong? I’d love to debate it. But I also come with research (hard to trump that).

CRAIG GOLIAS – MASS FOR THE WIN!!

There’s a way most people take to bodybuilding, from how they compete, to how they earn a living. There’s a protocol to follow. Most people start out by getting an Instagram, finding a coach, and then competing until they reach the next level. Usually, they’ll start with a local show. The genetically gifted athletes will do well no matter what. Most of these athletes have no idea what they’re doing for the first 2-6 contests they do. Many times they link up with coaches that are clueless to nutrition and training.

Hype seems to be the name of the game in bodybuilding today. So many guys put more into their photos on Instagram than they do into following their training, dietary, and supplement regimens. Most of the shots you see from your favorite fitness stars on the Gram, Facebook, or Twitter, have probably been attempted a few dozen times, with a considerable amount of time devoted to cropping the photo, selecting a filter, and of course – what the hell to write in the text. I know you think celebs just take a photo and run with it, but many of these folks are utter perfectionists. So many competitors have made their way based on the photos they’ve posted to cyberspace and all the outlandish soundbites they have to their credit on fitness industry programs.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUPPORT A SUPPLEMENT BRAND AND SHOW LOYALTY?

by Matt Weik

For starters, I want to express my own opinion on this subject and say that there really is no supplement brand (or any brand across markets) out there that has 100% brand loyalty. There may be some exceptions but it’s definitely not the norm. This isn’t a knock at the brands themselves, but rather consumer choices and preferences as they flip flop back and forth due to several personal reasons. Let’s take a deeper look at this unfortunate issue.
