So i just started my Super-dmz 2.0 this week monday, and i've realised that my metabolism has been slowing down ever since i got on it, is there a way to boost it up?.. this also had happened to be the last cycle i was on.

What makes you believe that your metabolism is slowing down?

yeah, i've been doing everything but cardio, only time i do cardio is a 5 minute run right after each workout, ive also been working out real hard to the point where i know im outside my comfortzone, all my muscles are still sore from this week, i have Legs left to do. feeling great on this, just the whole metabolism thing. Also about the coffee i don't drink coffee i stay away from it. I'll start doing more sets and reps though, and push harder then the last workout i've went from 139-141.8lbs since monday

I've been eating alot more off cycle, right now its real hard for me to finish everything i used too, just seems harder to push down.

thats true, it must be appetite suppression, i forgot about that. its just so hard to eat over the macros i need to get close to the goal i want by the end of 2 months, im trying to get in at least 4.2k calories a day gain about 20lbs in 2 months.

Utilize shakes to get the meals/calories in. It's a lot easier to slam a shake than eat a meal if you're not hungry. Check out IML's Complete Protein; ebfitness15 for your discount.

Don't cut during PCT, wait till after. During PCT you will be in primed position to lose muscle untill you re-establish your natural testosterone levels.... so avoid cutting in PCT.
I thought the Osta prevents you from losing muscle mass? as ill be taking it twice a day, and if it doesn't what if i start cutting on my last 2 weeks of osta?

Hmm, i'd have to think about that then, i may just use it too keep gains then, and just cut without any sorta supplements because ill be doing a lot of water sport activities in the winter. So thanks for the help biggie

Also what i was going to try is to eat alot cleaner foods, alot less fats and sugars, and maintain, and maybe this would drop my BF % by 1-2%

Stay well hydrated, eat small frequent meals, do regular cardio (min 3 times weekly for at least 20 minutes)

Coffee is very good for you by the way. Might rethink using it.

I live on coffee, water, and 500mg tabs of vitamin C when cutting and it is a MAJOR help.
