Hello all! My first post, but i've been following on the forum for about half a year or so. I'm 26, 5' 11" and 230lbs, been in the lifting game for quite some time, since early high school so jsut about 10 years strong i'd say. I'm gearing up to run my first SDMZ/Halo stack, not my first proH stack, but its been years. Did one when they first hit the market back when... I have everything from the ironmaglabs halo stack plus the SDMZ. My question is should i run the Halo and SDMZ directly alongside each other, or start one 3 weeks after the other? While of course running the rest of the stack as per the stack suggestions? Thanks for the help!
