When to take Osta RX?

I will be starting my PCT in a couple of weeks. I have been running my Halo/Cyano for 4 weeks now and only have another 2 weeks left. Everything has been great so far, with the exception of having to buy new clothes.
My PCT is going to be Nolva @ 20mg for 4 weeks, which during that time I will still be taking ACS and Ultra Male. After that I will run 3 weeks of the E-Control, just to make sure.
But, I want to get at this Osta! I will take a total of 8 weeks off from the time I take the last Halo/Cyano pills before starting my Super DMX cycle, but until then, at what point should I start taking Osta? Right when I start PCT?

I would use it right away in PCT but only 1-2 caps daily.

Since we are on this topic I have a couple of questions as well. I will be using osta rx as a bridge starting during my pct 2 weeks from now. From what I read above I guess i will dose 1 cap ed for the 1st 2 weeks and 2 caps ed for the final 2 weeks of pct. Then 3 caps ed for 4 weeks until I begin my next cycle. I plan on running acs this entire time as well at 2 caps ed.
Questions:
1. does this dosing of the Osta look correct?
2. Do I space the Osta doses evenly throughout the day like a PH?
3. Do I need to take any good fats with my Osta dose to help with absorption?

Yes, that dosing protocol should work well. Ostarine (Osta) has a half life of about 24hrs, so it is not necessary to split up the dosages throughout the day, but you may if you cannot handle taking a number of pills at one given time. And no food or fats are required with the intake of Osta - although some people prefer to take all their dosings with a meal... its simple personal preference.

1-2 caps ed..start right after ph cycle is done....no need to space em out..just take em all in the am..food isnt required..

Ah yes, the Ducks. A great team had a bad day. Still hoping for a rose bowl appearance......BCS title game will have to wait until next year. As for my progress I plan to update my log on the forum through my Osta bridge.
