I have a few questions about Halo for Her. I'm a little hesitant of trying it. Never done a cycle of prohormones before so it would be my first. My biggest concerns are is it safe for women? Will it make me develop masculine features (deep voice, body hair, acne, enlarged clitoris, etc.), Will it cause problems with my liver, cholesterol, etc.? Will it cause me to fail a urine test for future employment?

I'm curious about women who have used it and had positive results. I already have a good diet and exercise regime just need something to give me a little boost without jeopardizing my health.

Any advice would help me out. Thanks!

Also of any supplements that you recommend that are effective and safer for women.

You may start with a lower dose and slowly work your way up to the recommended dose of 3 capsules per day. It is unlikely you will have any problems at 1-2 caps per day. Many ladies have zero issues at 3 caps daily.

Thanks for the advice. I was wondering how slow should I increase it? Should I do first week do 1 capsule a day then increase to 2 the second week, etc? How long of a cycle should I do? Is there any supplements that I should take during the post cycle to help maintain my gains until the next cycle? Thanks :)

My wife started H4H at 2 caps daily. She went 4 weeks with zero problems. I would start at 2 caps then 10 days later decide if you want a 3rd cap daily.

Probably the best sup around for gals is Osta Rx. It can be run a full 8 weeks as a bridge between cycles.

Basically your diet will dictate the gains you keep. Some gals opt for Creatine and make sure protein intake is sufficient post cycle.

Another question. If I was to take Osta Rx post cycle, what's the best dose to take for girls?

2 caps ed is good...i have seen many females use 3 caps ed with zero sides...

Hello again. I have another subject that's been bugging me. I heard somewhere that you need carbs post workout and the best source is dextrose. On the other hand I heard that it isn't necessary and that only whey protein is enough. I'm curious to know if I need to take dextrose in my whey protein post workout or is the protein enough? If the carbs are necessary how much should I take? Any advice would help me out. Thanks :)

in certain cases a fast acting carb is needed pwo depending on a few factors..but in your case a pure whey isolate is all you need...so a fast protien source..in alot of cases a fast carb source can lead to fat gain pwo..

Hello again. I know I've asked this before but I heard different responses on what dosage of Osta Rx for women. I've heard 1 cap, others I've heard 2, etc. What's the best and safest dose for women to take? If I was to take this only with no prohormones beforehand would I still need to do PCT? Thanks.

2-3 caps daily is fine on Osta. You could start with the lower dose and increase in a week.

No PCT is needed for females.

FYI ~ we have discontinued Halo For Her, however females can use Halo Extreme instead. Orbit Nutrition will have some stock for a little while, not sure about our other retailers.

Ok thanks for the info. A couple more questions about Osta Rx, lol. Do I need to take any liver support while taking this? Is this product Non-hormonal? (Won't affect my natural hormones in a negative way as in developing masculine features). Just wanna make sure it will be safe for me. Thanks :)

Osta was studied in women at a dose of 3mg daily.

Adverse effects

Ostarine did not cause any increase in hair growth or any increase in skin oil. Often times steroids may cause unwanted hair growth and acne but this is not the case with Ostarine. Several participants in the study had temporary elevations in the liver enzyme ALT however those elevations resolved. HDL did lower slightly but the overall cardiovascular risk/benefit ratio for Ostarine is low. Due to these minor temporary negative effects on lipids and ALT liver enzymes, using a cycle supporting supplement and staying properly hydrated are recommended.

Another thing I forgot to ask. It's about both Halo for Her and Osta Rx. Will they cause blood clots? Why I ask is I have a gene mutation called Prothombin Factor 2 which is a blood clotting disorder. It's manageable by diet and exercise. I wanna take either or but I wanna make sure it's safe for me to take without causing problems. What would you suggest I take? Should I consult with a doctor first? Anything would help. Thanks.

I know hormones like estrogen (synthetic kind) increases the risks of blood clots but does testosterone increase the risk too? Would even a non-hormonal supplement like Osta Rx increase the risk?

No, its related to high Estradiol so things like SERM's ie Nolvadex or Clomid may increase that risk but not pro anabolic compounds.

For both Halo for Her and Osta Rx should you divide the doses or can they be taking altogether at once?

Wait, what? Why? Is that why it says out of stock? I ordered some, should I cancel the order?

Hello again. I know that women don't need to do PCT but is there supplements I should take to help maintain my gains that don't have SERMS, estrogen, etc? Something I was thinking about. Thanks.

Hey everyone! Just ordered Halo For Her and Osta Rx. Waiting for it to come in the mail. Is it safe to bridge between cycles? I ordered the Osta Rx to use after my Halo for Her cycle to maintain my gains. Could I do 4 weeks of Halo for Her follow by 8 weeks of Osta Rx?

A little nervous of trying them. Hope I have no side effects.
