You know, this time is the "off season". I am focusing on gain the weight and strength. I don't know what is the best workout routine for this. My bench press is the most weak point for me. People usually thought I can bench over 315 because of my size. Show me some workout routine you think it may help my situation. Thanks guys

I would look into a Wendler 5/3/1 Hybrid or a Westside program.

agree with the neck, 5/3/1 is awesome. also google Brandon Lilly's cube method. both of these are geared (no pun intended) toward the raw lifter.

Thanks guys. I've seen 5x5 workout. What do you think of 5x5?

can anyone link me to Wendler 5/3/1 Hybrid please, cant seem to find it on google

5 x 5 is by far my favorite. I've never wasted my time with any other laid out programs.

If one can complete 15 reps in the First 3 sets of any given exercise, then increase the weight by 2.5 - 5lbs max - next workout. Works best with every other day training.

I really couldn't find the right one for 5 x 5 workout routine. There are few different routine which got me confused. Care to give me the right one that you suggest. Thanks

I really liked 5x5 when I tried it a couple years back. Really shot up my strength and I wasn't even on anything back then. Like Adrenolin said, do it every other day. It really is a lot of wear and tear on your body with all that heavy weight so you'll definitely need adequate rest time.
