Super dmz & Cyano stack?

Yes, and yes, it's excellent. Although, I'd only recommend it to those who're advanced with 5+ cycles under their belt.

Would super dmz + halo extreme be allitle safer for noobies?

Halo Extreme + Decadrol would be a little safer.

This^^^, stacking anything with DMZ before you have a few cycles under your belt is not recommended.
