Halo/Cyano/Osta 6 Week Cycle

Hello everyone! I plan to run all three of these together for a total of 6 weeks. I have ran Halo cycles before but unfortunately due to some hip/shoulder injuries and a rough surgery I had been set back. Right now I weigh at about 194. I'm 6'1". I plan to start this cycle mid February and be around 200 by then. I will make as many logs as I can. I intend to eat anything and everything I possible can while on cycle. I'm here reserving a spot for when I do start my cycle. Any thoughts and opinions appreciated. Here is my cycle:

Simple: (caps per day)
Halo: 3/3/3/3/3/3
Cyano: 0/0/2/2/2/2
Osta: 2/2/2/2/2/2

Cycle Details


Weeks 1-6


Before class:
1 Cap Halo
2 Caps Osta
-1 Cap Cyanostane (Weeks 3-6)
1 Cap Anabolic Matrix


Lunch Time:
2 Caps Advanced Cycle Support


Before Workout:
1 Cap Halo
-1 Cap Cyanostane (Weeks 3-6)
1 Cap Anabolic Matrix


Before bed:
1 Cap Halo
1 Cap Anabolic Matrix (Until run out)


Weeks 7-10 (PCT)


Every Day:
1 Cap Ultra Male
2 Caps Advanced Cycle Support
Nolvadex (20mg)


Weeks 11-13 (PCT)


Every Day:
3 Caps E-Control

I will also be taking fish oil, vitamin C, daily mens 1 a day vitamin, and green tea extract. Might be adding more depending on back pumps and other situations. Let me know what you guys think




I will also be doing normal workouts along with abs every other day and cardio on sundays.
 
Looks good! Try to eat 500 cals over maintenance and drink a couple gallons of water a day. Have fun!
 
Looks good Devon. Since you only have 1 bottle of AM just take 2 caps ed and take 1 with your before class and 1 with your pre-workout dosages for the 1st 2 weeks. Once you add in the cyano up the AM to 3 caps ed. This way you will not run out of the AM while you are on cycle. Also, take the cyano doses as close to 12 hours apart as possible. I dont know what time your before class dose is or your pre-workout time but if the evening dose is closer to the 12 hour mark take it then. Other than those suggestions everything looks solid all the way through pct.

So tempting to start this cycle now😁 Only a moth left before this basketball league is over. Waiting to start the cycle so that all my cardio doesnt affect my gains
 
Day 1 (January 26)


Decided to start my cycle early and today was my first dose.I know the halo or ostarine hasn't kicked in at all yet but my mind sure made it seem like it. Focused workout. I used to think 225 was my max bench but today i tried to take it farther and did it 3 times easy even after doing 205 10 times before. I know this isnt from the halo or osta but boy i'm pretty proud of myself! It might have been because my girlfriend was spotting me and I made it more of a life or death situation in fear that she wouldnt be able to spot haha. Did arms and abs also. Arms was cut a little short because i lost track of time and forgot i had to go ref some 3rd grade basketball. (Easy to lose track of time when you're getting big)! So far i'm eating great as normal. For some reason my whey protein makes me gag almost everytime i try to drink it. But still got it down. I have been taking C4 PW along with Gaspari's size on maximum preformance intra workout. Not much to report being its only day one.. I know great things are coming though! I'm taking my halo 12 hours apart also.

^^Sound advice right here. Train HARD! Intensity is key.
 
Day 3 (Jan 28)


Weight 193.8


Weight is up a little, probably because I ate like a horse yesterday. Weighed myself before bed last night at 198. But i always go by the AM weight. This is day 3 and I am definitely starting to see the signs of being on a ph. My arms look more full when im working out. I was running a little late for class this morning and had to speed walk! When i finally sat down i noticed that my calves were pumped and felt like i had just got done doing a whole calf workout! I have before pics but i cant figure out how to upload them to the forum from my iphone. I will do it from the computer if i ever get time. Im drinking tons of water and constantly having to pee. Pretty sure thats a good sign of being hydrated! I was thinking about buying another bottle of ostarine from IML and using it to bridge into a super dmz 2.0 cycle after this. Any thoughts?
 
Btw my starting weight was 191.4! It had been dropping due to all the cardio i was doing.
 
Today is day 5 and i weighed in this morning at 196.4! Already I'm having very clear success in the weight room. Last time i did a halo cycle the pumps were so incredible i was actually left with stretch marks on the inside of my biceps and up to my shoulder. The skin is already getting tight around there and im only 5 days in. I absolutely love this stuff. My goal weight by the end of summer this year is 215. Should definitely be acheiveable with the right diet and proper pct and most important hard work!! Woke up at 4:30 this morning to go get my lift in! The ladies at the front counter even told me im looking bigger. I will be doing a second workout later today. As for sides, lethargy when im in class and back pumps during cardio. Nothing i cant handle. The lethargy goes away as soon as i get active though. I have stopped using my c4 PWO because the halo is enough of a pump for me. Strength is going up quickly and i seem to be losing bodyfat. Its only day 5 people! Still 5 weeks 2 days to go!

Btw all of the pictures ive uploaded are me with no pump! I get a lot more vascular and size increases while lifting, will upload some of those pics another day.

What is the water retention like with your stack?
Haven't began the Cyanostane yet, but I can say that everything from the Halo and Osta is lean body mass. My stomach is clearly thinning out and muscles are becoming more vascular and defined. Strength is up a bit too! Tomorrow is the end of 2 weeks and I will be taking my first Cyano tomorrow morning! I no longer need a PWO because the halo by itself makes me want to stay in the gym all day. Lethargy does kill me though. When im not lifting i feel like i could sleep all day. Excited to see this Cyano do work😎
 
Current AM weight is 202lbs! My bench max has gona up to 275 and i am doing 225x10 235x7 and 245x5! I love this stuff! Getting a lot of compliments. A little water retention but nothing im complaining about! Sorry i havent been on here, my computer has a horrile virus and i have not been able to upload new pics. Will eventually when i am able to!

week 3! loving these products! I have NEVER had neck veins like in the second picture! Btw these pictures are taken with no pumps just me flexing!
 
Morning weight this am was 205.4! checked before i went to bed and it was 208.2! thats crazy! strength is way up also. my nipples have been only a little irritated, should i be worried about this at all or should i finish out the cycle and let the nolva do its work after? its nothing bad just a little sensitive
 
Just read your log. Good job man the results show. I'm starting a cycle of Cyanostane and Halo for 6 weeks, starting mid-march after my break. I've been reading a lot about it and haven't heard a bad thing yet! I know this is my first post lol but I'm a member of a ton of forums and just joined this one. I'll definitely be making a log for mine. I'm pumped to see how the rest of your cycle goes. Good luck!
