Hey guys,
My name is Troy, I'm 21 years old, 6'0, 186 lbs with 11.5% body fat. I'm hopping on halo to see how much leaner, bigger, and stronger I can get. I've heard nothing but good things about Halo so I figured I'd give it a shot and hopefully help you guys out along the way with my thread. Throughout my cycle I am going to be clean dieting with solid cardio sessions throughout the week on top of my 5 day workout schedule. As of right now, day one, my bench press max was 285 lbs. I will use my bench press max as my main measurement of strength throughout this thread. Feel free to leave me any feedback! I will post my post workout comments everyday, followed with new pictures every week to see all the changes. Thank you for you time and support guys!
