Hey everyone brand new to the forum and i got some questions.
age: 24
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 215
I've been weight lifting off/on ever since high school and I am comfortable at my weight wouldnt mind being a SOLID 190-200 as to my BF% i have no clue never really been concerned. I have tried PH's before last year i tried a cycle of testoXterone and permadrol and didnt see/feel any affect so i thought i would try it again... dumb. So now im currently just taking a pre workout powder and a few different kinds of protein. Diet is and will probably never be "on point" but i do eat well 4-5000 calories a day i have a very fast metabolism and i work outside everyday.
Any suggestions on what i should take to drop some body fat and increase strength and endurance. like i said not worried about gaining size i would be completely fine with losing a bit of weight. I only lift to stay fit, and keep the wife's eye glued to me
