Hey everybody,
I am on Day 5 of the "M-Sten Stack", minus the Anabolic Matrix due to it being sold out... I won't be doing a log but I will be posting before and after pics at the end. I'm not necessarily following a strict diet other than eating clean and keeping my carb intake mainly pre/post workout which is before noon. Of course my protein intake is high. This is my first ph cycle and I've heard nothing but great things about this product. I've been lifting for about 10 years and decided it's time to get F'n BIG...I started out 226lbs and after day 5 I'm 234lbs. I'm 6'4" with a little bit of "chub" and I'm hoping to fill it out with some lean muscle. I could start seeing/feeling results on day 1! And today for arms was the biggest pump i've ever felt in my life. I can't wait to see what's to come.

Day 8: 233lbs. I'm starting to feel much tighter. The pumps are freaking amazing! I'm moving a lot more weight than I have been in years. Looking forward to this weeks workouts.
 
Very interested in how this works for you. Considering doing the M-sten stack myself in a few. You going to do any SERMs for PCT?
 
Day 15: 237lbs. Still feel great. Not seeing any negative side affects. Strength and size are still going up. I am noticing that my mid-section is starting to tighten up as well. Quick question though... Can I expect to keep seeing results for weeks 5-8? Considering I continue doing what I have for weeks 1-4 as far as food and training? Thanks

Awesome! Not sure if you can run it for 8 weeks. But I have seen people go 6 weeks.
 
No, I'm not running the m-sten 8 weeks, only 4. I'm talking about weeks 5-8 as far as PCT. Thanks

Well for you to "keep" most of your gains you want to run a successful PCT. And most would say you need a SERM, which you don't have.

I guess I was under the impression that with the suggested stack by IML that I wouldn't need to run a SERM..
 
Gotcha! Well would it be realistic to expect to see gains still while I'm on weeks 5-8 doing my PCT, or am I mainly going to be seeing these gains while running the M-Sten?
 
To what extent you'll keep gaining will depend on you m8, but for the most part once you stop taking the orals they'll still be active in your system for a few days to a week, then its whatever your body can maintain/keep building on

So simple answer yes you can continue to make progress while not on Msten, but you probably won't make the same kind of progress as you did while you were on Msten

Natural limit for lean mass is like 1 or 2 lbs a month. You'll lose some of your msten gains in PCT because a lot of that weight will be glycogen stores+water, but you should be able to retain the majority of your gains with a full and proper PCT, and continue to slowly build on them within natural limits if you keep exercising+eating properly
