I am preparing to enter the Air Force for Pararescue. Have my PAST Test coming up in six weeks. Just wanting to change up my training a little bit to hit some muscles that I may have been neglecting in the past. Was wanting to switch my weight training into something like H.I.I.T Training. I have a general idea of how I am going to do it. But would still like the thoughts and opinions from others. I need to maintain or gain strength and size. Fat loss isn't a concern. Just can't gain any excess weight in mid section due to the fact they measure my neck and abdominal for my BMI. As long as my neck grows and my waist either stays the same or goes smaller...then I am good to go. I just can't sacrifice my strength and size. Really the only thing going for me at the moment.

Good luck Bro. Keep the cardio up and you should be good. Don't stress and find ways to sharpen your mind. Believe in your self and remember why you are doing this and you can get throughout it. Again. Good luck and God Speed

Thanks a lot guys! All very helpful! For some reason I haven't been getting updates to my e-mail. So I had no idea anyone had even replied. Cardio has been a major turn over. The constant running, then swimming, to weighted sprints...constantly changing it up. Hate losing the extra strength and size. Doing everything I can with my weight training and dieting to not lose anymore. Currently off of all supplements. Starting back with those in a week or two. Anybody know if it is alright to take Clomid, ACS, Ultra Male and E-Control at the same time? Was just curious to know opinions.

Plenty of people take all those together during PCT, shouldn't be any issue with that.
