id like to run this product does it require pct? after the recommended time&dosage U.M would probably help im fairly new to this

Yes, ultra male is fine for PCT after OSTA. It is a mild product that shouldn't cause much suppression. 1 Cap of Ultra Male a day for 30 days after you finish the bottle of OSTA.
 
k got it.. and to be absolutely sure about how effective it is i saw this video of a guy saying all his lifts went up about twenty pounds while on it is that possible?
 
true i hadsame experience here some stats ht.5'9 wt.217lbs probably 20% bf my diet consists drinking a gallon reduced fat 2% milk a day. and 2 meals along the lines of 40g protein and a healthy carbohydrate ex. ezekial bread,lentil bean,quinoa, and train using 5/3/1 also taking the U.M any pointers? and boy did that U.M help,im more vascular better gains, probly because of enhanced T levels

You can get results with 2 a day for 6 weeks. BUT, since you're over 200 lbs AND looking to bulk, I'd just blast 3 caps a day for 8 weeks (2 bottles).

wait scratch the bulk if i take the osta ill be looking to get leaner and gain lean mass as well, any suggestions i read that trenabol is good for that. i dont have cyanostane nemore as i said in another post, because i sold it
 
yea high protein is a must. but to get to know what is meant by research is a book like tis ok???? http://www.amazon.com/Anabolics-10th-Edition-Softcover-Llewellyns/dp/0982828004/ref=cm_cr_pr_sims_t it makes me think twice before running a cycle because if im going to run one arent the best gains from the first? wouldnt it be best to save cycling for stronger AAS or would the difference in how much strength, and muscle weight gain not be affected in the long term. sorry if im going Completely off topic
 
By research we usually just mean reading FAQs, Stickys, and Articles written on here and other forums. A quick Google search with your question will yield hundreds of threads with people answering that same question.
