erase pro/ gyno question?

Can I run erase pro while taking Compound 20 and osta rx? I developed slight gyno after my Hdrol cycle.

Yep, you need a SERM to clear that up. An AI is a good preventative measure, but it's not going to do much once physical tissue has already formed. Run Nolva at 20mg for a month or Raloxifene for a month, I think the dosing on Ralo is right at or just above 100mg daily (CEM's comes at 120mg/ml so that would be a good place to start).
