Help!!! Dmz-pct

I am about to start my first cycle of dmz 2.0 and was wondering if i need clomid or serm for pct i already have advanced cycle support e control and ultra male plus multi vitemins and fish oils

Clomid or Ultra male is fine. You don't need both.

Ok thank you any chance you would no wat sort of rutine to take this stuff in so many different people are saying a different way each time

Take as directed on the bottles brother.

2 caps SDMZ daily
2 caps ACS daily

1 cap Ultra male daily for post cycle therapy.

e-control may be used late in PCT but it isn't always needed.

Like Heavy said the e-control may not be needed but wont hurt to have on hand just in case.
