Tony Fortress IML Epi-Andro log

not a great workout this morning... but did the best I could manage. I basically did a circuit of incline bench, pec deck, incline dumbell press, and chest press. takes about two hours. pretty fucking toasted by the end. I will weigh in on monday, no scale at home. back workout coming up tomorrow AM! Stay tuned

Solid bicep and shoulder workout tonight on 500mg. Decided to go easy on the triceps so that I can get in a good chest day tomorrow. Probably fucked that up by doing shoulders anyways.... but whatever lol :cool:
Endurance was up, good strength increase, and I definitely am getting much more pumped than normal. Lots of new veins in the triceps and forearms.

Also based on what you said that you started 10/24, this would put you on Day 9. How many actual workouts have you done during this time, and what is your diet like??

My apologies Wesley, and anyone else reading the log. When I said physique changes, I meant changes that are apparent "cold". I should have been more clear on that. I will upload some current pics tomorrow, front and back.

You are also correct, this is day 9, not 11. I am running on zero sleep, bear with me!! :(

I believe I have had 2 off days since starting the cycle, but don't quote me on that. I will look through tomorrow and double check that.


Here is a normal days diet:


Meal 1: Boost Plus drink, Cinnamon toast crunch, 25g ON Whey Gold
Meal 2: ON Pro Complex lean gainer (650 cal, 60g protein, 80g carbs) + 10 oz 2% milk
Meal 3: Chicken Caesar wrap, roughly 40g protein, 35g carbs
Meal 4: Meal 2: ON Pro Complex lean gainer (650 cal, 60g protein, 80g carbs) + 10 oz 2% milk
Meal 5: 180g Tilapia 44g protein, like 5 fat, not many carbs... not looking that up.
Meal 6: 30g ON Casein blend

excuse any mistakes in there... again... very tired. let me know if something doesnt look right.

Off topic, but that hat reminds me of how terribly wrong your Sox prediction was! But as a fellow New Englander (originally) and life long anything Boston fan, I know it's always best to expect the worst. ;)

Solid back workout this morning. Strength and endurance are continuing to increase. Increased my cable row max to 180lbs x 5. Before cycle I struggles for 5 reps at 160lbs.

Again, felt very pumped, and looked great while at the gym.


I'm looking forward to weighing in tomorrow... I think i may have put on a few lbs.
 
Did not get a chance to update yesterday, I was too busy ripping it up in the gym. Solid shoulder workout around 4:30AM. Set a new PR, 55lb Dumbbell shoulder presses for 8 reps. (after around 10 sets "pyramiding" up from 35lbs-50lbs). Hit the gym again in the evening with locallifter for biceps and Cryceps. Strength gains are consistent. Feeling like a machine. My weight is now 172lbs.
 
I took yesterday off for a much needed rest day. After work this evening I will be hitting chest and biceps again. My weight is still at 172lbs. I will post another picture tonight as well to show any changes.

Hit back this morning. I did not get enough sleep or something; didnt go very well. Strong as fuck, just had no energy.

Also: Traps are definitely growing, I may also be a bit leaner!

I took a rest day yesterday, and today I feel pretty good. Not having any sides btw, no headaches, nausea, prostate problems, etc. Weight: 172lbs

Today I will be slaying chest again. In case anyone was wondering, this is my goal physique. V

Absolutely killed my chest workout today. Strength is through the fucking roof. I can't get over the strength gains on this product. This is definitely a perfect addition to a power lifters cycle.

In other news, I recieved a care package from IronMagLabs today!!! Two additional bottles of EpiAndro, and a T-Shirt! Unfortunately I probably should have specified a shirt size, as this XL shirt could fit about 3-4 TonyFortress' inside of it. Oh well, I shall use it as a tent!

I don't expect you to gain a ton of weight..this compound stood out to me as an amazing recomp tool.

I can see the vascularity changes in your arms, it's indisputable.

This compound doesn't get its "just dessert" in my opinion because guys don't gain 20lbs on it like on other PH"s..but the way it works makes it seriously one of the most amazing compounds I have ever seen.

If I could get this dosed at 5-600mgs ED, minus the additional piperine..I think it would trump any AAS in terms of efficiency. I'd take this over tren and masteron personally.

Thanks Wes! Agreed, I dont expect I'll gain much more weight (provided I maintain my diet...); 174 today. My strength on the other hand, is still going up. My 5x5 on the bench is up 15lbs since starting the cycle. For the most part I've been doing 400mg ED, with a few days of 500mg here and there. I'm curious what the performance increase would be from 400mg to say, 800mg? Considering how effective it is at just 400mg. So far in the cycle I've gained a few lean pounds, lost some fat, and gained a respectable amount of strength. This is a serious compound to be run solo. I'll be honest and say I did not expect to be blown away by this product, but so far I am nothing short of impressed. Good stuff!

The cycle continues! Tapped into bottle 3 yesterday. I hammered chest tonight and absolutely killed it!! Energy and pumps are awesome. No sides that worry me, still taking some liver support and vitamins. Blood pressure is high normal, around 135/70. Good for me on cycle. Early AM back and quad workout tomorrow! Stay tuned!

Chest workout yesterday afternoon with locallifter. Strength just keeps going up!! Benched my "max" for 2 reps, probably could have gotten 3 @245lbs. Energy and endurance are outstanding.
Sweating and overheating is toning down. From what im reading in everyone's logs this is more prevalent in the first 2 weeks of the cycle. Any input on this?

Just got back from legs and arms. Did about 10 sets of squats, which are my weakest of course. Getting better! After some sweet leg pipes. I will post legs pics soon. Bicep and triceps are stronger than they have ever been, seriously. Solid shit, no joke. No scale at home, will post my weight tomorrow.
 
I've been fallowing along. Great updates Tony. I like how you keep most of the pics under the same lighting and setting. Keep at it brother.
