Idk what you weigh or any stats.....diet looks too low in fats and/or carbs....fiber also could be a issue depending on those salads and any supps used...just overall looks like it could use some tweaking..

can you diversify the food sources a bit? This looks as boring as the beef/eggs/mustard diet.

It can be done, but you should have a healthier fat source than just eggs and cheese (almonds, olive oil, fish oil). And I don't know how much fiber is in your salads, but you'll most likely want to supplement with some fiber powder (Metamucil or generic).
 
It's a keto diet.... Carbs will be non-existent.

keto diets still require a decent amount of fat..i dont see much in that plan posted..but with a further description he may have left some things out..
 
I'd cut out the dairy, swapping out the cheese with healthier fats like EB mentioned. I like stirring up my protein powder in with a couple tablespoons of all natural peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon and adding just enough water to make it a pudding constancy, just something different. I'd also swap out the salad for steamed broccoli for a more fibrous diet.

I do it. It adds cals and healthy fats to the shake. I personally don't think it tastes bad, but my clients usually hate it.

Its not a bad thing for sure....I prefer coconut or Mac nut oil....
