I thought alpha 1 aromatizes to a slight amount? And what percent bf causes puffy nips? Or fatty nips whatever you want all it

It individual dependent, but at a general rule is say 15% and above. I'm a bit different though. It's one of the last places I loose bf. So I have to start being around 10% and lower before I really start seeing my pecs harden up.
 
Interesting.. Maybe that's why I'm experiencing puffy nips.. My bf right now has to be around 12-15% but they are leaking black fluid but they are "less" puffy than those pics.

Black? Sounds like prolactin, but black fluid is throwing me off. You have to squeeze them pretty hard to get that? My wife's breast feeding right now and unless it's been over 12 hours she has to squeeze her boobs pretty damn hard to get stuff to come out.
 
I stand corrected. Had to up my exemestane to .5ml daily and my nips are finally settling down.

Hmmmm good to know. I have had these fat ass nips forever though.

No, I am pretty sure its way up there. I am not all that concerned with it. I am about 225lbs and 5'9". I go for size and strength, giving little to no thought about how much fat is on my body. I am chunky as you can tell, and my nips are supre stubborn, but there is no hard lump behind them and they have been there since I was about 13. I went from a skinny little runt to a chunky little sucker pretty fast. I evened it out by lifting and gaining some muscle, which is just more of my goal rather than getting that chiseled physique.

Only if needed. I'm over a month in on my TestE cycle and at about three weeks my nips started getting tender to the touch.

Feel pretty good still, no new news. That alpha feel is starting and the endurance in the gym is better and better.

Endurance is through the roof. Time is the only factor that made me leave the gym. I felt like I could stay forever.

No lifting today just bullshit bodyweight excersices. I started gaining weight steadily as expected at the begining of this run but now its dropping. I strated at 227, went up to 234 and now I am down to 219. The dirty bulk was fun but the excess fat intake has not been kind to me so I am back to eating cleaner with dirty thrown in there.

Increasing my taurine intake and water consumption has helped a bit too. 4-Andro will be joining the mix to help even out my mood, libido and energy.

On the plus side muscles feel inflated all day, veins popping out everywhere and strength is very good.

I concur. My muscles are full all day and I'm only on Day 6. Keep up the good work bro.
 
Took a few days off the gym to push the reset button on myself, catch up on some sleep, chill time with wife, kids. It was needed and well worth it. I banged my wife so hard the other day (thanks to cialis) she had trouble sitting! feelzgoodman. SuperDMZ holds the gains up even if you take some time off, which is cool. I am starting to get the nagging ache i get on every cycle on my abdomen, right side. It doesnt hurt its just annoying. Still however, good feelz all around. Will hit the gym tonight and back to posting workouts and foodz.
