Intermittent Fasting on Super DMZ 3.0

Hi all, what are your experiences w/ combining the magical powers of intermittent fasting w/ PH/DS? Specifically I'm interested in combining IF with Super DMZ 3.0.

what are your thoughts/experience on this combination? does anyone have any studies that document the effects of IF on cycle? thank you!

IF seems to be a the new thing with some folks...i for the life of me cant see how you can grow using IF..regardless of supp use...makes no sense..
