First of all I'd like to show a great deal of thanks towards IronMagLabs for even allowing me to do this log for them of SuperDMZ3.0. I was shocked that I was even picked to begin with since I'm still relatively new to this forum and didn't quite have the reputable post-count that so many people seem to pay attention to as far as who to consider a "vetted" poster. I'm glad that IML took a chance with me and I had a blast running SDMZ3 and hope that the IML fellas and everyone here enjoyed my log and that I can do many more in the future!
With that being said most of the time when I get a final review together its usually in the form of a recap of things from beginning to end. I've seen mutliple reviews before that end with categories and rankings of things from 1-10 and then having a cumulative final score at the end. My personal preference would rather be to provide you all with a written narrative and then I'll let you gather from my words how you think SDMZ3 faired for me and how it would fair for you !
BY THE NUMBERS STARTING WEIGHT: 248lbs LOWEST WEIGHT : 236lbs (-12) FINISHING WEIGHT: 255lbs (+19/+7)
As you can see I had some crazy weight transitions during this cycle... and for the most part they were expected. For those of you that followed with me I had a powerlifting meet towards the end of the 3rd week of this cycle and during my preparation for making weight for this competition included reduction in my calories and a large reduction in water... too much. However once this meet was over with I completely threw my diet restrictions out the window and began feasting on nearly everything that was in front of me trying to get every last ounce of gains that I could before the bottle went empty!
THE PICS BEFORE

BEFORE
AFTER
Things that I noticed: Traps/biceps/triceps/shoulders/chest all grew. Was most surprised at traps and arms because I wasn't doing anything that specifically targetted them in general. I felt like my back grew the most comparatively. Lat spread feels wider/looks bigger to me than it was before. Stomach actually gained some definition. The vascularity doesn't show up as well as I'd hoped wit the pics I still need to work on some bloating... I can see them under the skin but they aren't bulging out everywhere like I'd like!
THE PROS - Extremely early onset: the effects from SDMZ3 were felt almost immediately. I've run a few cycles in the past and can say that the initial "on" feeling came much faster than anticipated. By about Day 4-5 I was already starting to feel the effects in terms of muscle fullness to which I compare it to being on some sort of super-agmatine. Shirts started to get a little tighter at this point.
- Improved vascularity: While not necessarily the indicator that good things are happening (I feel like this is partially genetic/partially diet intake related), its definitely a good feeling to look down while you are typing at a keyboard and see the blue bue of a roadmap of veins traveling from your fingertips, through you forearms and up into your upper arms. This isn't always something I look for but it certainly become much more noticeable near week 2. I am usually only able to see one giant vein the crosses my left elbow and can barely see any in right but sure enough by week two you could clearly see 2 huge vessels cutting across both arms which make you a phlobotomist's dream. This effect was compounded the further I went into the cycle. New veins and vessels became more visible transcending across my biceps (not just the one big giant one but also little tiny ones that just crisscross everywhere) and even up into my shoulders and across the tops of my pecs (which was something new to me!) And I blame all of this one on...
- Increased muscle belly fullness/hardness: Lets face it guys, I'm a powerlifter. I don't ever have "ARM DAYS." The only ways my biceps/triceps ever get trained is from deadlifting or benchpressing (maybe the occasional tricep dips but never any bicep curls of any fashion). My upper arms/forearms are arguably bigger now than they were at the start of this cycle. My pecs were only trained via benchpressing or DB flyes and they blew up immediately after those exercises and have remained "inflated" now even a few days post-cycle. Shoulders weren't trained ever... maybe they got hit during some warmup stretching or something like that and they ballooned up as well. This show the effectiveness of SDMZ3 as a muscle-builder because even though there were groups I wasn't specifically targetting they still grew in the process and thats a bonus I'll take all day. By the 2nd week feel like I was made of steel and had the ability to make my own doorways through walls.
- Increased hunger/appetite: I finally gave into the beast after my powerlifting weigh in. By week one (as I was tightening up my diet) I found myself getting more and more hungry all the time... even right after I ate. For any of you that have run Anabeta... it felt like that x1000. Audible growlings and rumblings all the time, mouth watering at commericals for food on TV, etc... Had my willpower been less I would have easily eaten through whole pizzas, cereal aisles, and small countries. I gave in after the weigh in and blame this effect for thankfully getting my weight back up to where I had been. - Increased strength: This came on a little slower than the initial effects but was in full swing by week 3. Comparing sessions to the previous first 2 weeks showed me that the same amount of weight used for exercises suddenly moved faster or was perceived as feeling much ligther. I managed to successful benchpress 275 with ease in the second week and almost thought about going for two reps... however I was constrained to my training program and wanted to stay within my specific rep/weight ranges. Some of the accessory movements that didn't have that rule applied to them showed a huge increase in perceived strength because the weight applied was heavier. One example that comes to mind was the (now?) unpopular good morning: 135x5 used to be my safe place and towards the end of this cycle I found myself approaching 175.
- Minimal back pumps, if at all - water and taurine solved this and they only really bugged me one after a deadlift/good morning session.
THE CONS - Increased aggression/enhanced mood: This started up just as early as the "on" feeling arrived. At first I downplayed it as a placebo effect but it became much more noticeable the further I went into the cycle. I've never been one to get upset easily or have road rage, etc. but during this cycle I noticed that my patience was wearing thin the further I got in. Pleases & Thank yous at the gym simply became one word answers, I caught myself taking some agression out on my wife, and just generally developed a "no fucks given" attitude. This translated well in the gym as it allowed my to zone in and take care of business but I was a little touchy out of the gym and felt out of control of it.
- A short (but very effective) cycle: This is me mostly bitching that its over! No one likes getting to the bottom of their protein jug, preworkout powder, or fat burner. The same applies for SMDZ3. While it was only a 30 day (2 caps/day) cycle I didn't want the ride to stop. I'd like to see in the future if/what the effects of a longer cycle provide, perhaps even at 1 cap/day for 6-8 weeks or 2 caps/day for 6 weeks. This stuff was potent. This stuff was good. I am sad it ended. Damn you, IML!
- Slight headaches: More apparent in the later weeks compared to the earlier ones. Chalk this one up to not enough water. Nothing too painful, just a lowly dull ache usually in the forehead region. At first I thought it was due to lack of caffeine but as I upped my intake of that they hung around. Wasn't until my water levels went over 1.5gal/day that they subsided.
- While urine color wasn't a problem for me unlike some others *cough, Dom, cough* it did darken slightly during my water cut but returned to a normal clear after water intake was restored. Not really a con, just something to be aware of!
THE BOTTOM LINE Again a huge thank you to IML for allowing me the chance to log this amazing product for you guys. For anyone on the fence about Super DMZ 3.0... just take a look at my log. Look at the others. Its versatility is what really makes it shine. You can use it to pack on the mass while cutting fat. You can use it to increase your strength while lowering your bodyweight. Muscle gains. Strength gains. Size gains. Hardness gains. Vasularity... gains?! ! This was a fantastic well rounded prohormone that can satisfy many facets of the exercising physique whether it be for looks, for size, for strength, or a combination of those. Minimal sides, fantastic gains and you got to feel like Thor the entire cycle. I'd say IML has a winner on their hands with this one.

This is a great review. I am glad we choose you to do the log and we are very happy you had a successful, enjoyable run. Great job brother, thanks again!!
