Howdy gals and gents!

I am embarking upon another epic journey of physique improvement at the courtesy of IronMagLabs!
A big thanks to IML and HeavyIron for allowing to log this excellent product. :cool:

The goal of this run is to lean out a bit while eating slightly above maintenance, eventually transitioning into a summer bulk sesh.
I'm going to be running the compound at 3 caps per day for 4 weeks.

Stats:

22 years old
174lbs
5'9"

Day 1: Back day

Destroyed it in the gym today. Placebo kicked in full force; felt very strong, and very pumped. I took my dose of all 3 pills at about 10AM this morning, 2 hours pre-workout. One of my favorite things about OSTA Rx is the smell of the pills: Maple syrup :D:p.
No ill effects upon swallowing; no upset stomach, heartburn, headaches, etc.

Can't wait for these babies to kick in!

Day 2: rest day.

Resting up today, going in tomorrow to slay some arms. Weighing in at 174lbs. No side effects or changes to note this far.
 
Day 3: Arm workout was killer! Got extremely pumped for this workout. I have a ritual of pounding 2 white bagels about 45 minutes preworkout. Some basic carbs never fail to deliver :cool:

Strength is consistent. No sides noticed. I dont expect the OSTA to kick in for a few weeks, so I'll stay on the grind!
 
Day 4: Legs! :(

Not my best performance.... I felt like the squat bar was crushing the life out of me... (it nearly was)

Only worked up to 285x5. I haven't done squats in around 2 months so i wasnt too surprised it went poorly. I wasn't working out in my normal gym either, which doesn't help.

I believe strength is emotional just as much as it is physical. If you are in a bad mood, uncomfortable, or distracted for ANY reason, I guarantee your performance will suffer. Tonight is going to be a chest workout at my home gym, and I will go into good detail. Stay Tuned!
 
I thought that the Osta caps smelled like maple syrup, too! Glad it's not just me...

So does Ultra Male, it's the fenugreek that's in it. I really notice it when I sweat during PCT with Ultra Male; haven't noticed sweating it out with Osta, though.
 
It is delicious stuff!

Thursdays chest workout went well, despite a soreness I've had in my rotator cuff for quite some time. I banged out 5x5 at 225 on the hammer machine, 5 sets of 8 reps on cable flys (low weight, taking it easy on my shoulder), and 4 sets of 8 reps at 60lbs incline dumbbell press.

I got extremely pumped early in the workout; double dosed my PWO today.
I sweat a great deal. My shirt was literally soaked afterwards. This is unusual for me.... Unless I'm on OSTA!
 
I had an awesome arm workout this AM. Epic pumps, EPIC! I started off with some kickbacks supersetted with EZ curls. Shitloads of sets. Afterwards I did another group of supersets with heavier EZ curls and tricep overhead presses. Then I moved to the cable push downs and curls. After some focus curls my arms were slain to the point I couldn't finish a single set of dips.

i don't think I've noticed any strength increases yet, but it's early!!!

Yup, and the cool thing about Osta is, the longer you're on, the more positive effects you notice. Other board members have compared it to growth that way.

since starting the cycle I've actually gained a pound or two, but I am still very lean. Haven't noticed any effects yet in terms of strength, but I know it's coming! Expecting it to kick in within the next few days. I have taken some new pics and will upload as soon as I have access to a computer again.
 
Endurance is up noticeably, and the OSTA has definitely kicked in. I will be posting every day form here on out.

Last night I was able to do two complete workouts without losing my energy and burning out.

I did my full high volume arm workout, and then did a full volume leg workout. My weight is at 174lbs, which is about back to where I started, but I am leaner. I will be posting new pics tonight after my chest workout. My diet has been relatively clean throughout. (even on easter!! wtf!) kept the chocolate eggs at a minimum.

Sounds like you got a nice recomp going on!
 
Chest workout last night was epic! Endurance is truly through the roof. Did my normal 5x5 on the bench, and still had tons of energy afterwards. Did flys, incline dumbbells presses, seated cable flys, and shoulder presses. I finished up with some abs. Got wicked pumped this workout, def the best yet on the cycle!

On another note, my left nipple has been INSANELY itchy the last few days. Like its one big mosquito bite. I believe this is some underlying sensitivity as a result of my last cycle. OSTA on its own will not normally cause gyno issues, but if you already have some untreated problems, you can run into issues!

I began taking adex, nolva, and even .125mg of prami in case I have any prolactin issues from previous runs. I'll stay on the nolva for the next 4 weeks and drop the prami after two weeks. I will feel out the adex.

The weird thing about prami is that you can tell the difference after just one dose if you have prolactin issues. You will wake up and your nips will look tiny and tight, and the local skin will appear to be all tightened up.

Another outrageous workout saturday night! I did my normal back routine, and just could NOT get tired. Energy levels and endurance are awesome. I have no issue pressing through long workouts that would normally leaving me fighting to stay standing.


I think this is the best way to describe the effects of OSTA:

You know those long workouts, where by the time you reach your last exercise you are weaker and have trouble finishing all of your sets at a reasonable weight? So what you end up doing is occasionally rotating the exercises so you hit the movements in a different order, to ensure you get to perform each with full stamina and power. Well, when you are on OSTA, you will feel full endurance and strength throughout the entire workout, negating the need to adjust workouts and change things around for that reason. It doesn't matter if its my first set or my last, I'm gonna finish it full force!

Gains are solid boys! Weighing in at 168 lbs, and stronger than I was before I started! That is very impressive for such a mild compound. Quite amazing actually. Diet has been on point, mostly chicken and rice and basic high-protein shakes.

All of my lifts are up a bit. I set of PR of 225lbs for 2 sets of 5 reps. Previously I struggled with 185lbs. I am really shocked at the amount of strength I am gaining on this run. High carbs definitely helps a lot. Energy and endurance are awesome! And still absolutely zero side effects (other than that unrelated itchy nip thing)

OSTA should be everyone's first cycle! I would almost be so bold to compare its effects to a slightly more mild Halo Extreme.
 
I'll be hitting chest this Sunday, hoping to bring my flat bench 5x5 up another 10bs. (Up 10lbs since starting the cycle already!)

yikes! i did not mention what movement! oops! :confused: This is for my bent over barbell rows.

Today is my off day. Tomorrow I will be going in for legs in the afternoon. Can't wait! Standby for more pics.

My strength is up on all lifts. My chest and back have made the most strength gains. I have a few days left on the OSTA and then it will be a little rest before something else more exciting.

Energy levels are FANTASTIC!! That is another quality I love about this product. So much endurance in the gym it's ludicrous! I have experienced no problematic sides thus far.
 
Also, I have never done better with my diet. Woohoo!!
