Why can't I get cut biceps?

For some reason my biceps are not very defined on the part inside... I'm very defined everywhere else like my lats, delts, tris etc. but for some reason the inside of my bis are lacking...

It can't be body fat because I'm around 10% plus I've been on a calorie deficit diet for the past 4 months, not to mention I'm 4 weeks deep in my super tren cycle..

Anyone have any suggestions?
 
Lower your body fat and/or increase the size of your biceps... fat mass is not lost proportionally across the frame all at once. For you, your inner bicep fat mass may be the last to go. What kind of body fat test did you have done to acquire your 10% reading? A picture may help us to determine if that reading was accurate.
 
Cardio cardio cardio along with your diet,an even tho your building muscle an not trying to compete at the moment,or maybe ya are,see what your sodium level is,some people handle sodium different than others,try an count your mgs you consume in one day,that includes all carbs protein an supplements ,if your over 2 grams a day that way to much

Close grip, underhand weighted chinups to failure for a couple sets, HEAVY across body dumbell hammer curls, seated dumbell curls with perfect form for higher reps.

Some people don't get as many bicep cuts. Build up your tri's too as they will drastically the overall look of your arms too (I had mind blowing tricep growth naturally from decline EZ bar skullcrushers).

Have you had any better results? Adrenolin is spot on with the bf. But cuts also come with increased size and muscle maturity. My legs have always had good mass, but even with my previous contest were not as cut. Fast forward 2.5 years and I've added another 15ish pounds of muscle. Figured out how to decrease my bf further than before, and now my quads have deep cuts and even some nice feathering. One other tip, I've found that volume training can speed up the muscle maturity process. So, consider hitting them with some German volume training or FST-7.
