How to take 75mg and 100mg of Halo?

I'm thinking about to increase mg from 50 to 75 and maybe later 100. I assume if take 100mg, that would be 2 caps in the am and other 2 caps in the pm, but how would you take 75mg (3 caps) in divide time?

Every 8 hrs...I took mine at 7 am, 3 pm and 11 pm.

Would still be the same AM/PM dosing. Just do 2caps AM & 1cap PM or vise versa
