Hey guys. So, I'm on day 24 of Epi-Tren/Super Tren cycle. Days 1-14 3pills of Epi-t/1 pill of ST. Days 15-24 4 pills of Epi-t/1 pill of ST. I'm on cutting diet, eating around 500 to 800 calories below maint (2700 is maint). Macros over 220g or more protein, 100-125g carbs and the rest fat. Every 7 days, I've had one cheat meal, no restriction. My workout consists of med to heavy high volume sets, 3 days on 1 day off and almost cardio every day 40-45 mins (running and stairmaster). As of day 24, I went from 187-198lbs, 13% bf to 11.7%bf <--estimate with accumeasure. Waist is the same size, if not smaller. I am suspiciously "thicker" among my peers, which was what I was trying to avoid, especially when cutting. My shoulders have gotten wider. Is this atypical results in such short time frame? Did I do something wrong, since epi-tren/super tren supposed to fairly mild, especially when on a big deficit?

PCT--I have to start PCT tomorrow (day 25) due to unforseen circumstances of leaving the country in 4 or so weeks to allow me enough time to recover. Should I do a full 4 weeks PCT even though my cycle is only 25 days?

That's normal for me; I gain weight (good weight) on tren...even in an extreme cut.

And yes, run a complete PCT.

yup I gained about 12 lbs. tell your friends you lost weight. That actually does make you look bigger than you are regardless.

Yeah, that's what I've been trying to tell people.

Another question is how should I eat and workout while on PCT? Should I keep on doing the same diet and workout or should I up my calories and reduce my workout volume. Again, I'm coming from a cut and although it was only 3.5 weeks, I'm still amazed at the gains while on a deficit. I'd like to keep as much as I can.

Eat at LEAST at maintenance calories (calculated for your weight at end of cycle), and train HEAVY.

^this. Be sureeeee you adjust yourself to your new bodies maintenance. Train heavy like EB said and ensure your not just mindlessly lifting but your feeling that deep contraction.
