After reading through logs, articles, and forums over the span of a couple weeks I decided to give Halo Extreme a try. I ordered it on Saturday and plan to run it along with cycle support for approximately 8 weeks at the recommended dosing for females of one cap daily. It's been compared to Oxandrolone, so should the dosage be split as recommended with Oxandrolone? I know it isn't required, but would it be more beneficial?

I didn't orginally plan on doing a log, but the lack of female logs out there was a bit troubling to me. I'd love to be able to provide insight to girls in the future who are considering cycles.

Anyway, a little about me - I'm 21 years old and I've been lifting for a couple of years, but this past year is when I've really dialed in on technique and nailing my nutrition. I'm 5'5 and approximately 130lbs. I've been bulking since this Spring and started at 115lbs. I weigh out almost everything that I eat and consume close to 3000kcal/day and stay fairly close to 160P/400c/80f. I'd really like to add more some more muscle and potentially compete as a more muscular bikini competitor or figure girl.

I currently lift following a 4 day split of Chest/Back/Delts/Legs and take recovery days as needed only. I haven't done any cardio since I finished dieting this spring.

I'd love to hear advice or feedback!

Thanks for logging, Lynn! 1 cap a day of Halo will be fine, but you may only want to run it for 6 weeks tops. Take your Advanced Cycle Support (2 caps daily) 3-4 hrs separate from your Halo (take Halo at same time everyday, btw). And have fun!

A little update!

There was a mail mixup and I finally got my Halo this past Monday. So I'm about a week in now. I know it's too early to be seeing results, but everything is going well so far.

My throat has been a little sore today, but since it's only been a week I'm going to assume I may be getting a bit sick. =( Had a great day benching though, so it hasn't affected the gym!

I'm about two weeks in now and so far everything is great.

I still haven't had any negative sides. I haven't even had an increased sex drive like a lot of threads mentioned.

Lifting wise I've hit some higher weights or normal weights with more reps. Definite plus =) A couple months ago I benched 100 for a single top set of 3 and yesterday I benched 100 for two sets of 5-6. Small, but still progress. Other increases include shoulder presses with 35s, incline press with 45s, and lat pulldowns bumped from 105x6 to 105x10 for a couple sets.

Hoping the third and fourth weeks will bring more to write about!

That's what I've heard! I'm excited =) Considering upping to two tabs daily, but may wait until a second cycle.

Great to see the follow up report. I look forward to hearing about your coming weeks!

Keep hammering away!

Sub'd :) can't wait to read your journey

Had a great time deadlifting last night. My previous best was a super shaky single at 175. Last night I pulled 165x5, 185x3, and 200x1 twice!

I followed up with lat pulldowns, neutral t-bar rows, and wide t-bar rows. Pretty short and quick training last night.

Thanks ks for the sub! =)

Nice power-building session! Congrats on that PR...you'll be pulling 315 in no time!

Haha that would be pretty awesome, but that'll take some time for sure.

I've just finished up my third week. The first two were 25mg daily and the third I bumped it up to 50mg daily. Still no sides. I've felt good in the gym and I feel like my recovery time is quicker. There have been small strength increases, but nothing drastic. I've been eating a surplus of calories since late spring/early summer, but my weight stalled at 130 for the past couple months. This past week I've consistently been weighing in at 131-133 every day.

Halo extreme hasn't brought any drastic changes, but it's definitely helped bust a couple plateaus in lifting and my body weight.

I would maybe try changing up your diet a little, I found that if I eat 50g of carbs right in the morning with some protein and workout 2-3 hours later with carbs immediately after I really get the most out of my diet, It kept me pretty lean while bulking up. I would also increase your protein intake maybe to 1.5*130=195g but for me more tends to be better, I would suggest to you if you'd like probably around 230-250g a day! and see if that helps! Have fun with the halo its pretty great! I also suggest that you increase the rep range, naturally the body can not repair the amount of damage that is caused by more reps, but with some help from "halo" it can. Everyones different but more reps with more weight was pretty impressive for me!

Yeah, maybe 50mgs is better for you then; if it agrees with you, then you'll know to start with 50 if you cycle it again.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think my peri-workout nutrition is pretty good. I currently do roughly 50c/30p preworkout, 25c intraworkout, and 85c/50p postworkout.

I my play with my protein and see how that goes.

Thanks again! =)

I'm thinking that 50mg definitely agrees with me. A week and a half at 50mg now and still no negative sides. I weighed in at 135 today and had a great back day. My two top sets of barbell rows were at 115lbs for 8-10 reps. My forearms are vascular pretty much all day long now and my appetite has increased a bit.

There ya go! :)

I had planned on running 25mg/day for 6 weeks, so I only bought one bottle. However, I ended up running 25mg/day for two weeks, 50mg/day for about two weeks, and 75mg/day for a little over a week.
I'm 5'5 and weighed 130lbs when I started. I got up to 135 by the end of it, so about a pound/week. That doesn't sound like a lot of weight, but while bulking I've only gained 15lbs in the past 5 months before Halo Extreme.

Even at 75mg/day I didn't experience any negative sides. When I bumped it up to 50mg I noticed an increased appetite and at 75mg my sex drive increased so much it was driving me crazy. No acne, voice deepening, hair loss, unwanted hair gain - nothing.

As far as muscular progress, I experience increased vascularity and muscle hardness. I personally didn't notice any visual size gains, but I took measurements this morning and my thighs, glutes, and shoulders all increased by close to an inch, my calves by half an inch, and my waist stayed the same.

Strength is where I felt the most progress. I'm not very strong, so my numbers may seem low, but it was still progress to me =)
Bench went from 100x3 to 105x4
Deadlift went from 175 to 195 for three doubles and 205 for a single
Squat went from 145x4 to 155x8
Overhead Press went from 55x3 to 60x7
