Ordered once! Charged twice!

Hello, I ordered my first time here on Saturday 3/10/12 and I was charged two (2) times for $197! Please cancel one of my orders and refund me please and thank you!

Sometimes, if you click the order button more than once, it will go through that way. Stuff happens sometimes.

Thanks for the reply. I will message him as well! I had recently moved about a month ago and havent updated my bank info so when I filled out the billing address I put where I live now instead of where I just moved from by accident. The order said it was canceled because the info didnt match my bank so I did it again with the right information and for sure know I clicked it once. Then I got 2 confirmation emails at the same time right after I clicked "submit" in the final ordering.
 
I can't message prince, I dont know if its because I just joined but I dont have permission to do so.
 
Don't worry about it. Ben said he took care of you and his word is good! Prince will get all this straightened out.
 
This happens frequently with debit cards, you won't get charged twice, the first time you submitted your order it must have been declined, however it will still put an authorization on your account, you will only be charged one time.

Oh is that so? Then how do I fix this? Do I wait it out or go to my bank about it?

And Yes it was declined because the info did not match as I explained.
 
My order has been refunded to my bank account! I was a little worried being a first time buyer but thanks to the guys who helped me and stood behind IML! Also got confirmation of my order has been shipped and I can't wait for it to get here!
 
This is what I love about the IML team. Have a problem, problem fixed and there is always a follow up. Great group.
