First cycle I'm assuming? If you're going to split the caps split them evenly, or you'll have varying blood levels of the hormone which can lead you to a greater risk of side effects. Personally, I just take all my hormones upon waking, be 2 caps, 5 caps, or 36 caps.

Halo has a half life of around 12hrs, and usually takes about 18 days before it begins showing it's full strength, for this reason, most people tend to cycle it for 6 - 8wks at 75 - 100mg. IT's definitely a slow gainer, but that's a good thing, you gain very lean water free mass and strength.
