I tried Halo 4 Her with good success when it was available. I then ran a short cycle of regular Halo last winter, then opted for Anavar when I started leaning down and getting into contest prep mode.

I have been "off" since July and now ready move in gains season. I have made great gains while keep BF levels down while on Avavar, but I wanted to give Halo another run to see how it goes. Taking 1cap per day with liver support for 6-8weeks, then 6 weeks of Osta RX and back to Halo E for probably another 4-6 weeks.

Week 1 just started this past Saturday 10/25. I will update as I go along.

Right on; following!

Great leg workout this morning, hoping to have an all around solid week.
My starting weight was 110lbs, BF at about 18%. I'm going to give it about 2 weeks before checking those numbers again. Don't want to drive myself crazy.

Diet is at a 200 calorie surplus, with scheduled weekly cheat meal. I'll have to see if I'm going to raise the calories anymore. I am allowing myself some flexibility since I'm not focused on fat loss right now, so I will be getting in a few extra calories here and there.

Thanks for following!!

Sounds good!

I put in a question for you regarding the tank...idk that there are any kicking around

if you liked the Halo for Her, and liked Anavar- you're really going to like the Halo Extreme

Oh cool thanks!:)

So I finished last week strong, but so far this week has got straight to hell.

Sat & Sun where planned off days, but then I woke up sick Monday morning and I have not made it into the gym all week, so that's been 5 consecutive days so far.

Should I continue taking the HaloE even though I haven't been training? I've missed a few days from the gym in the past while running anavar, but that cycle was so much longer than the 6 week HaloE cycle....I don't want to "waste" a week if I haven't been training.

Any suggestions?

Eh, it sucks being sick and missing work outs, but staying on the Halo is keeping it in your system and letting you hold on to your gains while recovering.

I actually did make into the gym this morning, felt a bit tiered but my workout was surprisingly stronger than what I was expecting. I trained leg & shoulders and I felt solid all the way through. Didn't have to lighten the weight I was lifting at all. My workouts usually suck after being out from getting over a cold.

Two thumbs up for the Halo and keeping my strength up.

Awesome!

Started this week off solid. Trained legs again this morning and felt good, was a bit tiered from getting crappy sleep over the weekend, but my workout was good.

Seems like the Halo is messing my menstrual cycle a bit, had some spotting over the weekend. Typically my cycle stops while I'm "on". I'll update on this again for any ladies who are following.

I was going to do a weight check this morning, but seems like batteries on my scale have run out. I'll try to get some updated numbers soon, although I don't expect to see any major changes except for maybe some extra water weight after being sick and out for a few days last week.

I've been making some nice strength improvements in the gym, and my recovery time after workouts have been reduced. Overall I'm still feeling good while running the Halo E.

Still having some issues with spotting between menstrual cycles though. I think I may have experienced the same thing when using H4H, but can't remember exactly.

Good to hear you're still making improvements...I can't relate to the menstrual stuff though, haha!

I'm nearing the end of week 6 on my Halo E cycle, I'll soon be switching to Osta for a few weeks then back to the Halo E.

So far so good. Strength has been amazing, I PR's on my squat yesterday...175lbs baby yeah!! This is pretty big especially being that I'm barely 5ft tall!!

Menstrual issues have calmed down, I haven't had any spotting all week. So I'm guessing my body is getting used to the hormones. For the ladies- - I have noticed some slight clitoral engorgement & sensitivity, similar to what I've experienced with Anavar so I know things will get back to "normal" once I end cycle...but honestly....I am NOT complaining. Let's just say this side affect is definitional a bonus! My "O" my!! :o

On week two of OSTA RX...things are still going great. Feeling strong and still relatively lean for off-season.

Husband & I just stocked up on HALO-E before they're gone:(

What's the comparison between halo extreme and Anavar? I have halo extreme but haven't run it yet, just curious

Anavar can be run for a slightly longer cycle. I also saw results slightly faster with the Anavar.
I haven't tried the Halo E during my leaning up phase though, so the results between gains vs lean out may be a bit different.

Makes sense. I'm going to assume Anavar is slightly stronger in both bulking and cutting results wise, and halo extreme is similar, slightly less effective but cheaper in the long run. If that makes sense
