First cycle, super dmz

Hello everyone this my first post, my name is connor, I am currently 205 lbs roughly 14% bf.. Been a while since I checked honestly probably has gone up since. Anyway I am starting my first cycle I would like to lean out a little bit while gaining muscle mass. Here's what my cycle will look like.

super dmz 1 cap am 1 pm
ultra male 1 cap
cel cycle assist 2 caps am/pm
tudca 250mg a day

pct:
pct 3x by vital labs 2 caps am 2 caps pm
ultra male 1 cap
clomid 50/50/50/50
e control 1 cap

how does this look for a first cycle? Playing it safe going for as safe as possible for it being my first cycle.
Any input would be awesome. Thanks guys I am starting the cycle this Monday. Will keep you guys informed

My biggest concern is being angry/moody and gyno, so anything I can do to prevent these sides is what I'm going for.

You don't need Ultra Male during cycle, only PCT. And let E-Control (3 caps daily, doses spread out) run for at least a couple weeks following your SERM to prevent estrogen rebound (gyno).
 
And 4-Andro (4 caps daily ) will prevent poor mood, libido, energy.
 
Thank you for the advice. Started my cycle today. Getting really anxious! Can't wait for it to start kicking in, in assuming around the 1 week mark it will?

Two cycles of SDMZ I started to see/notice things about day 12- 14.

I'm on day 3.. So far so good, only problems really is I've been SUPER tired almost to the point where I can't get a good work out in in the morning.. Not sure if it's from the sudden drop in caffeine intake, I was a coffee fiend before, stopped drinking it because I didn't want to risk spiking my BP while on this cycle, headaches too..(I'm sure it's from the caffeine drop) one more thing I hurt my back, it was minor before starting this cycle and Its starting to bother me, seemed to go away before the cycle but not sure if back pumps start this early or not? .. Been drinking tons of water so I think I should be good. deffinetly starting to feel my muscles tightening up, other then that not much though will post again in a few days.

Yeah, don't over think things...you're not experiencing anything from SDMZ yet. I'd still be fine with drinking coffee, just make sure to monitor BP so that it doesn't get too high.

haha figured I was, just been doing a lot of reading the past couples months before starting this. Everyone kept saying don't do it for a first cycle.

On week 3 and this is my first cycle too. I drink coffee every morning and take a pre-workout before my workout all the time. So far, I have not noticed any negatives, besides getting sick first week in. Week 3 has been the best so far for me, I've gained 8lbs and all my big 3 lifts increased by at least 20lbs. Actually, I'm kinda sad my cycle is coming close to ending. The pump has been amazing in the gym.

Yes definitely agree about week 3 and hate it to end myself
