Super DMZ and Me

Well its rest day and I don't plan on doing a damn thing. I can feel that my quads need a break and my up chest is pretty damn tight. Today is all about eating, resting, growing and watching my bracket go to shit ahahah. C A T S, CATS! CATS! CATS!
 
Week 2 Day 1 Weight=221

Morning cardio was the usually treadmill walk( 15 incline 4.2 mph)

BB Rows = 245, 265, 295

Weight Pull Ups = 20(6),20(6)
2x6

Lat PD = 200(6),210(6) (pissed that I went down in weight but so is life)
2x6-10

Flat DB Press=110(5), 115(5),120(5)
3x3-5

Seated DB Shoulder Press =75(6),80(6),80(6)

EZ Bar Curl =105(7), 110(6),115(6)

Skull Crushers (Machine)= 210(10x3) (well can't use that machine anymore :)

Extremely happy with the gains in strength. It also helped that I actually had a damn spotter this work out because I talked a guy into trying this new work out with me and it seems like he is on board so we will see. If you are reading this log and wondering if you should get your hands on some Super DMZ quick thinking about and go do it. This stuff is insane, it makes you feel like you are super man in the weight room. It keeps you mentally focused on the weights and not all the bs that you have to deal with during the day or what you have to do after your work out. I'm a normal guy with a passion for the weights that's it. I don't have the genes to be a body builder but I work my ass off and Super DMZ is helping me reach my goals. So, quit reading this thing and go find some before the original formula is gone for good.

Week 2 Day 3 Weight= 225

Just got done with morning cardio. I didn't expect to being seeing 225 on the scale this morning because I was up all day with diarrhea and figured I would be down some serious pounds because of dehydration but the proof is on the scale and in the mirror. Yesterday wasn't exactly a good day for me but in the weight room I felt like I killed it. I was beyond pissed off before I got in the weight room and that helped me out with putting some serious pounds (at least to me they were) on to my lifts and crush the work out in 45 minutes.
 
Week 2 Day 3 Weight= 225

For cardio just ran a slow 3 miles (10 minute pace). Wanted the legs to feel good for the work out and they did.

Ya man most I have been up is 12 lbs but now I'm stuck 223 but starting to loose all that damn water weight and starting to see some ridiculous strength gains. Last weekend when I measured all my measurements were up by an inch.

Morning cardio was a 4 mile run with some sprint thrown in. Strength is starting to shoot throw the roof and like a said before I'm starting to lose that nasty water weight on my pecks and around my lower abs. LOVE THIS SH*T!!!!!!

thats awesome, i need that extra bump i vary form like 182-185 and havent pushed passed 185 yet, but regardless i started lifting at 130lb

Last day on Super DMZ not to happy about it but starting to see some sides. Just starting this 4th week I have got some ridiculous pimples on my shoulders and back. They aren't like most pimples either, they actually hurt like hell to touch. Also, I can feel my heart start to race out of control after I take it and then about half way through the day its starts doing it again. On the other side this week people have been asking me what I'm on and tell me I have put on some serious size. I can tell through out my shoulders and chest that I have grown big time. All and all I was beyond pleased with my cycle and tomorrow I will measure again and post the results.
 
Well the results were that I grew 1.25 inches on all my measurements and I gained 12 pounds. GOOD SH*T IRONMAGLABS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
What can I do about all the pimples I have been getting. They just keep coming and coming and I have no idea what to do about them?
 
Unfortunately there isn't a whole lot you can do unless you take something like accutane which would kill your liver on PH and raise more harm than good. I too have acne while on cycle and use a lot of nuetrogina prods and you could use proactive if you are willing to spend the money bro.
