Extremely happy with the gains in strength. It also helped that I actually had a damn spotter this work out because I talked a guy into trying this new work out with me and it seems like he is on board so we will see. If you are reading this log and wondering if you should get your hands on some Super DMZ quick thinking about and go do it. This stuff is insane, it makes you feel like you are super man in the weight room. It keeps you mentally focused on the weights and not all the bs that you have to deal with during the day or what you have to do after your work out. I'm a normal guy with a passion for the weights that's it. I don't have the genes to be a body builder but I work my ass off and Super DMZ is helping me reach my goals. So, quit reading this thing and go find some before the original formula is gone for good.
