Hello everyone,
This is my first post, and I wanna say thank you for all the info and the cool site. I've been reading posts on and off for the last year thinking about trying a cycle. I plan on starting one in about a month. I bought the supplies a while back and am excited to give it a go.
About me:
24 years old
6'1 @ 200 lbs, around 15% to 17% bf (not exactly sure, but thats close)
I've been lifting on and off since highschool, the last 3 years ive been pretty serious.
My biggest downfall is diet/going out and partying on weekends.
Also, I'm looking to perform a lean bulk, eat clean at my maintenance level. If I can shed any bf%, that would be great also. Heres my cycle.
Cycle
weeks 1 - 6
halo 3 caps upon waking
Epi andro 3 caps upon waking
advanced cycle support 3 caps prior to bed
pct
weeks 7 - 10
nolva 20mg (1mL) prior to bed
advanced cycle support 3 caps prior to bed
weeks 10 - 12
E-control 3 caps prior to bed
advanced cycle support 3 caps prior to bed
So, one last thing.. I want to put on muscle but also play alot of sports. I play basketball, tennis, baseball and softball, all competitively. And have always wanted to stay flexible. So if you have any good ideas to stay flexible throughout the cycle, that would be great. I plan on doing a jump/plyometric once to twice a week with my lifting.
I'll probably have a lot more questions in the next month before everything begins, but this should give everyone a good idea of my goals. Thanks
