Okay so I currently work out on a tugboat. The way it works is that I spend 28 days on the tugboat and then 14 days at home. The 28 days I'm on the boat i am limited to a bench, dumbells that only go up to 50lbs and a bike. When I'm off though for the 14 days I go to the regular gym. My question is would I still benefit from taking a pro hormone and if I will what would you suggest I take. I have taken before around 2 years ago and want to start up again. Thanks
