So im planning on starting my first cycle here real soon and im trying to decide between Halo and Super-DMZ. Im 24, 5'11" 190lbs and i've been lifting since high school but i've been training hard and for the last two years. My training is solid and my diet is usually pretty good.
What kinda results could i expect from either of these?
and how much can i expect to retain after the cycle?
