Stack advice

I have one week left on my Osta bridge after coming off a 8 week Halo cycle/pct. I have two bottles of Super DMZ and a bottle of Methadrol that I had ordered before the formula changes. I was going to run a 4 week SDMZ cycle, but then I read a thread in which Chrisotpherm suggested going with a Halo/Cyano stack first, then doing the DMZ cycle.
I guess my question is: would the Halo/Cyano stack be the proper way to go or am I ok just going from a Halo run to a SDMZ run?
 
Im a big fan of the halo/cyano stack.....have run it a few times and found it to be really solid for dry gains with a bigger kick then.just halo-e...but i guess it kinda depends on your goals...if your lookining for a bigger boost in strength and size then the superdmz is a better route...i would def run a dmz cycle before you run a mde...im still a fan of progressing up thru the.compounds....i feel your have a better exp as you go doing it this way...

x2, DMZ before MDE is a must in my opinion.
 
Thanks for the response. Maybe If I give you my goals/timeline it would be easier to make recommendations...
I'm looking at a possibly stepping back on the stage later this year. The soonest show I'm looking at is 17 weeks out, will be 16 weeks when I start the next cycle. So I figure I could use a 4 week SDMZ runs while keeping my cals around maintenance of a bit higher to do some recomposition and even add on a little more mass. At 12 weeks out I would start my depletion which would take me through 4 weeks of PCT, a 4 week Osta bridge, then in my last 4 weeks I thought I could start a Halo/Cyano stack which I would probably run for 6 weeks. That would take me up to and through the projected show date.
I will definitely be waiting until winter to run the MDE..that will be all about slapping on size.
 
This looks good man. The above run man is going to make a beast out of you. Again. I would start off with the halo/cyano cycle just to see where your body is at. Good luck man, please keep us posted!
