Back at it today. Legs workout including Squats, Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Donkey Calf Raises, and then 45 minutes of HIIT cardio. Will start to post actual lifts once this stuff kicks in.
I hit 12 sets of Bi's and Tri's yesterday and 10 of calves. Was an overall decent workout obviously nothing to expect yet. Today is an off day, back at it tomorrow with some cardio.
Got this stuff earlier this week and all prepped to go tomorrow, going to pop one upon waking up and another preworkout later in the day and hit Bi's/Tri's/Calves. Going for some high volume tomorrow and will check in tomorrow after my workout. Don't expect many changes the first couple days but...
