First off,

Huge thanks to the IML guys for giving so many people chances to log their products. I did a log of Super DMZ 2.0 a while back and gained alot of size and strength. Have been running alot of cycles that have been harsh on the liver lately so will be keeping close tabs on my health throughout this one before giving my liver a break.

12-13% BF(Will be working on getting pictures but as of right now no promises)

Routine:
Day 1-Chest
Day 2-Legs
Day 3-Back
Day 4-Rest
Day 5-Shoulders
Day 6-Arms
Day 7-Rest/Cardio

This routine will probably get mixed up alot due to school and work but for the most part I get in 5 workouts a week and 3-4 cardio days. I spoke with an IML rep and will be starting this log a week from today.

Anyone got suggestions for an on cycle OTC AI. Will be running this without a test base.
 
Got this stuff earlier this week and all prepped to go tomorrow, going to pop one upon waking up and another preworkout later in the day and hit Bi's/Tri's/Calves. Going for some high volume tomorrow and will check in tomorrow after my workout. Don't expect many changes the first couple days but hoping for the alpha male feeling maybe by Monday. I'm impatient.

I hit 12 sets of Bi's and Tri's yesterday and 10 of calves. Was an overall decent workout obviously nothing to expect yet. Today is an off day, back at it tomorrow with some cardio.
 
Back at it today. Legs workout including Squats, Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Donkey Calf Raises, and then 45 minutes of HIIT cardio. Will start to post actual lifts once this stuff kicks in.
 
Ohh and forgot to add that I have started feeling slightly more "alpha male" and have put on two pounds of what I would assume is water weight.

Yeeeeah man that's how it starts soon you will notice great pumps and endurance in the gym
 
Hitting chest today. Feeling slightly fuller for most of the day and I noticed that I felt pumped even though I didn't take a preworkout during my last workout. Things are good so far.
 
Did back and some light shoulders today. Was putting up 70s for 8 reps on seated shoulder press which is a pr as I usually only get 6 or so. Felt some large back pumps at times but nothing unbearable. Dymethazine usually gives me alot of back pumps so I'll be using my taurine when needed.
 
Bi/Tri and 30 mins of cardio today. Vascularity was up alot. Weight up another 2 pounds. Going out tonight but obviously not drinking maybe one or two casuals. Probably going to have a good bulking meal tonight as well.
 
Calves/Quads earlier. Pushed alot of weight on leg press no PR's but a good overall workout. Off day tomorrow. Weight up another pound.
 
Off day yesterday, back to it today. Going heavy on chest tonight. Its been over a week on now and I'm up 6 pounds and look fuller all day.
 
Biggest day so far today! Pumped out back and luckily had few back pumps but had PRs in Lat Pulldown and Seated Rows. Looking pretty lean even with the weight gain. Really enjoying this stuff at this point. Sides are not serious at all and I'm hoping it stays that way.
 
Had an off day on the 5th, Bi/Tris yesterday which saw me curling 40s easily when I usually stick with 35 to keep my form. Was feeling ill today so pushed my workout to tomorrow. Weight up 9 pounds overall currently.

Lots of shit going around right now. Keep the water, electrolytes, and vitamins flowing!
 
Had a good off day yesterday, much needed. Going for legs today. Up 11 pounds. Side are quite low although my libido is down and back pumps get pretty intense.
