1 cap super dmz

Is it ok to only take one cap of the original super dmz/day?

I love the product. My strength goes through the roof and i gain tons of size but i get really nauseous at 2 caps/day.

i wasnt sure how 1 cap worked/day with the half life.

Nauseous? Are you taking them with a meal?? Due to it's half life best to split doses morning and afternoon

taking it with meals consisting of protein fats and carbs.

Some users do very well at 1 cap daily so that should be no problem brother.

thanks for the input i was concerned about the half life. wasnt sure how that would effect me. ill give it a try

I would recommend splitting the cap in half for AM/PM dosing.
