Okay been doing a lot of research on PHs and I'm curious which one would benefit me the most.
Im 26yrs old 5'7 158lbs (just weighed myself today). I would consider myself lean/athletic build. I've been training for about 3yrs now starting at 138lbs and eat 4-5meals a day, 1protein shake post workout, 3weight gainer shakes and kre-aklyn (bcaa also). I'm very satisfied but want to take it to the next level. Goal would be 165-173 (just an odd number lol). Heard some good stuff about Msten and andro 1 and 4. If anyone with similar build has taken them could you share some light please?
I'm aware running a pct liver support for ect. But all info will def help.
