Hello everyone,

This is my first post, and I wanna say thank you for all the info and the cool site. I've been reading posts on and off for the last year thinking about trying a cycle. I plan on starting one in about a month. I bought the supplies a while back and am excited to give it a go.

About me:
24 years old
6'1 @ 200 lbs, around 15% to 17% bf (not exactly sure, but thats close)
I've been lifting on and off since highschool, the last 3 years ive been pretty serious.
My biggest downfall is diet/going out and partying on weekends.

Also, I'm looking to perform a lean bulk, eat clean at my maintenance level. If I can shed any bf%, that would be great also. Heres my cycle.

Cycle
weeks 1 - 6
halo 3 caps upon waking
Epi andro 3 caps upon waking
advanced cycle support 3 caps prior to bed

pct
weeks 7 - 10
nolva 20mg (1mL) prior to bed
advanced cycle support 3 caps prior to bed

weeks 10 - 12
E-control 3 caps prior to bed
advanced cycle support 3 caps prior to bed

So, one last thing.. I want to put on muscle but also play alot of sports. I play basketball, tennis, baseball and softball, all competitively. And have always wanted to stay flexible. So if you have any good ideas to stay flexible throughout the cycle, that would be great. I plan on doing a jump/plyometric once to twice a week with my lifting.

I'll probably have a lot more questions in the next month before everything begins, but this should give everyone a good idea of my goals. Thanks
 
Cycle looks good but you need to break up the dosage timing. I'd split the Halo/Epi-Andro 8-12 hrs apart (think breakfast and dinner). In PCT, split the E-Control up (3 caps daily, doses spread out AM, mid-day, PM). As far as flexibility, do your stretches post work out everyday. You can also look up Kelly Starrett on YouTube for mobility/flexibility/pre-hab.

Just curious, why is it important to take Halo and epi andro 8-12 hours apart. And is it smart to take both will eating some food high in FAT?

Sooo I'm about a month out from when I'm looking to begin this cycle. Is there anything you guys like to do a few weeks before cycle... Do you try to get your weights up as high as you can, or try to cut some BF%? Just curious if there is anything in particular worth doing before I begin this. Everything has been going well lately, I feel strong... A little heavier than I want to be but strong.

I mean divide up the doses of both PHs, meaning 2 caps Halo AM, 2 caps Epi-Andro AM, 1 cap Halo PM, 1 cap Epi-Andro PM. This keeps blood levels steady, and you're not putting too much stress on your organs all at once, especially with the Halo. With the E-Control it's because it has a very short half life.

Whats your diet look like for this? Whats your planned pct? Your gonna want to drink at least a gallon of water a day. For breakfast, i usually eat about 6 egg whites with one egg yolk. A cup of oatmeal and a banana

Looks good. Ideally, taking PHs with food (especially with some fats) helps with absorption. Personally, my first meal of the day is usually IML's Complete Protein mixed with skim milk and a cap of IML's Essence (fish oil).

Let me know what you think. Also, what do you guys think about cutting out carbs as the day goes on. I usually hit the weights in the 5pm to 8pm time range. I think I'm going to do some cardio in the morning too while on this program. Ill do the cardio before I eat anything.

  • Meal 1 – 4 Whole Eggs 3 egg whites, 1 cup Oatmeal
  • Meal 2 – 6 oz turkey/chicken, 2 cups of rice
  • Meal 3 – 6 oz turkey/chicken, 2 cups of rice, 8oz Sweet Potato Broccoli
  • Pre Workout – 35g whey protein, 5g leucine, 50g high-glycemic carbs
  • During Workout – 5g leucine, 5g glutamine, 2-3g glycine, citrulline malate, electrolytes
  • Post Workout - 5g leucine, 5g creatine, 60g zero/low carb whey protein
  • Meal 4 – 2 beef patties, 85% lean,
  • Meal 5 BEDTIME – 3 Whole Eggs 3 egg whites OR cottage cheese

Good, clean diet there, BUT, some simple carbs (sugar) post workout will help shuttle that protein to the muscles. My personal favorite simple carb post workout is honey.

Also, regarding PCT... Is NOLVA better than CLOMID for a Halo cycle? I have read in other posts that sometimes one is preferred more than the other, depending on the compound being run.

I usually just eat a tbsp of honey and gulp down my shake.

Everyone's different with what they prefer as far as nolva and clomid go; personally I feel clomid kick in quicker and my muscles appear fuller. With nolva I seem tighter and drier, plus nolva's better at fighting/preventing gyno.
 
Okay a few more questions... sorry for asking so many, just want to know as much as I can.

So I do travel a bit from work. Going to the airport, is it fine to have the supps? also is it fine to have the Nolva? Is it safer to travel with the PCT supplies or On Cycle supplies? just curious. Might only have one trip throughout the cycle.

Next, do you guys reccomend a loading period for supplements before the cycle. I picked up some milk thistle and taurine the other day. Should I load on those, cycle support, etc.?

I'm pretty pumped to get this bad boy going!! Thanks for all the help!

Clomid is pretty harsh, i would go with nolva for such a mild. Cycle
