Hey guys, I bought my 2nd cycle a few weeks ago and am planning on starting it up this week or next and just had a quick question. I had PCL reconstructive surgery on my knee back in early December and have been recovering just fine. I started back up at the gym about a month back but only last week I started going back to my normal 6 days a week routine, before that it was just 2/3/4 days a week because the knee. I'm still not back to being able to go 100% on the legs but I was curious if I should try and pack on more natural muscle first(I lost a decent amount from surgery) or just jump into it, I feel like I've gained a decent amount of strength and muscle mass back but def not where I was before.
