I have been trying to bring out the definition to my abs, working out them out 3x a week eating super healthy drinking plenty water and starting 2nd week into cyano stack....any Ideas I can see them but they are insulated no body fat anywhere else..

Ab's are usually the 1st thing to go when body fat rises. Unfortunately the same holds true in reverse order. When body fat decreases ab's are the last thing to show. You basically just need to drop more BF for a pronounced 6 pack. Since you are entering your 2nd week of cyano it hasn't even really kicked in yet but when it does and if your diet is right it will really help you with your goal to see those abs. You might try upping your cardio and make sure your macro's are dialed in.

I am eating really clean and lean drinking only water and sometimes for breakfeast low fat milk with my shake .. although I have gained 7 pounds it is definatly not in my abs .Thanks for the advice Guys

There are three primary macronutrients defined as being the classes of chemical compounds humans consume in the largest quantities and which provide bulk energy. These are protein, fat, and carbohydrate.

thanks I though thats what you meant but wasnt sure

Yes. Typically you get about 4 calories from each gm of protein and carbs while you get 9 calories from one gm of fat

Are you doing abs for the fat burning purposes?
If so then do these abs at least 5 times a week to get better results.
If you do a combination of the abs and cardio workouts then it will be more effective for the fat burning purposes.

yeah I upped it to 3 times a week with running so its getting better plus I change up my meals ...Thanks for the advice I might stepp it up a knoch more to 5 days..

Hi Gatorabite,
Take small frequent meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Increase your water intake, drink green tea and avoid eating before going to bed. Make a set of renegade dumbbell rows, decline bench sit ups, front squats with barbell, pull down cable crunches and seated knee up as they are effective workouts for abs.

I cut dowwn on the size of my meals and it has helped alot, the eating before bed is my worst challenge but its gotta go..cardio has gone well with the ab workouts I have a 4 pack and almost a 6er when I wake up ...thanks again everyone

Ab's are usually the 1st factor to go when human extra fat increases. Unfortunately the same applies backwards order. When human extra fat reduces ab's are the last factor to show

yeah well being 36 doesnt help either.. At 21 I could eat alomost anything and never gain a pound , now its definately a portion battle .
