Started ultra male today in week 3 of my Halo cycle. 2 hours later went to the gym. Half way through my workout I started feeling dizzy. Drank a couple bottles of water and then tried to continue. Felt even worse after 2 sets. Tried to drink a protein shake still dizzy and then nauseas tried to eat a sandwich after one bite I vomited. Had the front desk call the medics they came and checked my vitals said they were a little high but nothing to be worried about probably just from the situation. Do you think it is from the ultra male or do you think I'm just getting sick. On a quick break at work right now and ate that sandwich and pounded a Gatorade. Still chugging water but def don't feel right.
