Okay so I currently work out on a tugboat. The way it works is that I spend 28 days on the tugboat and then 14 days at home. The 28 days I'm on the boat i am limited to a bench, dumbells that only go up to 50lbs and a bike. When I'm off though for the 14 days I go to the regular gym. My question is would I still benefit from taking a pro hormone and if I will what would you suggest I take. I have taken before around 2 years ago and want to start up again. Thanks
 
Nothing to do with your question but what in the world is it like working on a tug boat? I'd imagine it's quite the experience.

You would definitely still benefit from a PH as long as you're working out and eating towards your goal. I would run either SDMZ 5.0 (at least 3 caps daily) or a 1-Andro / 4-Andro combo (4 caps of each daily) if you are looking for size. Basicially on a vessel moving various products (diesel, gasoline, Ethanol, etc) from point A to point B.

Would you be able to assist me as to everything I should be buying. I know I would need a serm but what else should I be running and at what doses, and what Parm of the cycle. Basically can you set me up with all the items I should buy because I forget exactly what to take. Also last time I took i increased everything dramatically but then lost almost all of it. Any suggestions on how to keep most of he gains on. Thanks for everything.

Yeah, I'll try to keep it simple:

Cycle:
2 bottles of SDMZ 5.0 (3 caps daily)
2 bottles of Advanced Cycle Support (2 caps daily through PCT)

PCT (Post Cycle Therapy):
Ultra Male ( 1 cap daily ) or a SERM (either Clomiphene 50mg daily or Tamoxifen 20mg daily) for at least 30 days.
E-Control ( 3 caps daily, doses spread out AM, mid-day, PM ) for at least 30 days.

To maintain cycle gains, continue to lift heavy and increase calories with proteins and healthy fats. ebfitness15 for your discount code whenever you need anything!

okay thanks seems simple enough. I believe my problem was last time is after my cycle I tried to diet and cut which really messed me up. Would you suggest the ultra male or serm?
 
Ultra Male or a SERM both work great along with E-Control, so it really just depends what you are in the mood for or what is more convenient and cost efficient for you. And yeah, dieting in PCT is a sure way to lose cycle gains.
