Would it be ok to run cyanostane through weeks 1-6 and only use a serm for pct on weeks 7-8???

Its "ok" to not use a serm at all. But I wouldnt do that either. 4 weeks.
 
what i mean is that a way i can run cyanostane? will the 4-5 weeks of a SERM be enough to recover from 6 weeks of cyanostane?

Not even a general estimate of body fat?


I'd recommend the Cyanostane at 3 caps daily,

and the Nolva at 20mg daily through PCT.

I'd also highly encourage you to pick up some Advanced Cycle Support (2 bottles); 3 caps while ON-cycle, and then 4 caps in PCT.
 
bodyfat is probably around 14% but i will try getting ACS, im assuming putting in Ultra male in PCT would be even better with the Nolva taken during bedtime becuz getting back nattural test is what i want. also do i start taking the SERM immediatley the day after my last dose of cyano?

No one can tell you anything specific.. giving you a number would be pulling it straight from our ass. There's far too many variables, and people react differently to compounds. I will say, at your size, with around 185-190lbs lbm, 3,000 calories is likely too little to gain any significant weight. 3,300 calories might do you a little more justice... but still, I cannot give you an estimate, as there will be additional weight gained depending on your carbohydrate intake contributing to muscle glycogen weight as well as water weight.


Instead of worrying about what you MIGHT gain, just pinpoint your diet, train intense and go balls to the wall all cycle long to optimize your gains.
 
Will do. since ive never ran compounds like cyano/dmz i will be in for a ride.
