So basically what I want to know is if once you start your first cycle of prohormones and you finish it following a correct pct. Can you quit after that and only do one cycle then stay off of the ph's .

You can.
Here's the reality of it; you get gains, you see improvements in your body weekly, you break your personal lifting records and people compliment you on how good you are looking.
That alone will drive you to continue use.

Partially.
You also lose strength and size when you come off. So you will be kicking yourself once you cannot lift what you could lift while you were taking the PHs.
Thus continuing to cycle
