Beginner Cycle

Epi-tren or halo extreme for a beginner? I do have OCT and PCT set sup for both. Both with Clomid, can switch up for Nova too.
 
I would lean towards a single compound (Halo) for your first time around. Kind of one of those crawl before you walk scenarious.
 
Im using Clomid/Nova for my SERM. I plan on eating 3500 calories+ a day, mainly lean, 500-700 calories of junk food for a boost. No simple carbs though.

Simple carbs as in simple sugars? So no fruit!?!?!?!?!?!?? I would DIE


You only need one SERM, Nolva or Clomid, not both.

Ill go with Clomid. LOL by simple carbs i mean like no pop tarts, ice cream, twinkies, doritos, and anything else along those terms. Fruit is a definite for me.
 
^^this. Also what is OCT? OTC=over the counter, I assume this is what you meant. Use a SERM, the rest is secondary (tho may still help)

I thought the same then realized he meant On Cycle Therapy, aka support as most of us call it. I've seen a few others use it and often made the same assumption that they though OTC was somehow better than the alternative options.
