Yeah I checked that out on that calorie counter and the added 10 lbs is only a shift in about 75 calories. I still gained a solid 3-4 pounds keeping it where i was at last week so I'm gunna monitor it throughout this week and see if I'm still gaining, if not I'll bump it up a few hundred.
 
Day 29 - legs ... Haven't done this before but I'll log my workout ... Felt amazing today

squat - 315x8, 325x8, 335x6, 345x6, 355x6
deadlifts - 275x8, 285x8, 296x6
leg press - 415x8 - 3 sets drop 325x8
leg ext - 200x8, 210x8, 220x6 drop 170x6
seated leg curl - 140x8, 150x6 - 2 sets drop 110x8
stiff legged db deads - 80x8 - 3 sets
several diff abs

Up exactly 10 pounds in 4 weeks from 158.8 to 168.8 ... Home scale says bf% from 14 to 16 but that thing isn't reliable at all for that so not really using that as a judge ... Haven't totally lost the abs so bf must be decent still

I tried they don't have it ... My gym is only 10 bucks a month hah can't ask for too much ... After I finish this bulk cycle I'm gunna go pay to use a bod pod to see what it's at before I start my cut
 
Day 30 - chest/tri ... Felt very strong today ... Did 220x4 on regular bench and put up 95s x 3 on incline ... Never tried to max before but I know that's the most I've done on both of those. Going to finish out my heavy days for back and bi, shoulders, and legs the next 3 days ... Then start doin a 5,3,1 style lifting for bench, squat, deads, and shoulder press with other lifts being at hypertrophy ... Hopefully that will really help me add as much strength as possible and get those lifts up. I'll keep ya posted as this will be new to me so we will see how it goes ... Still keeping the chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders, and legs 4 day splits but will move deads to back day so I'm not doin squats and deads on the same day anymore. Lovin this ride so far and feeling great. Nothin negative at all to report.

Day 31 - heavy day for back/bi/abs ... everything went well. No new sides to report from the M Sten. Feelin strong.
 
Awesome log brother. It'll be interesting to see how things progress switching compounds. Msten is a game changer.

Thanks, man! I'm feelin great so far. Was up to 170 this morning (up 11.2 lbs since day 1). Was planning on gaining until 175 then rolling cals back to maintenance to recomp the rest of the time on M Sten, but do you think I should just keep them at a Surplus and keep packin it on while runnin the M Sten in order to get the most out of it then just cut once the cycle ends? Or will it be just as beneficial if I switch to maintenance, maybe decreasing how much I'll have to cut after... Would love to hear some opinions on that.

Tough call cause we hate to advise cutting in PCT cause it's a great way to lose gains. I def prefer cutting while on anabolics to maintain muscle, BUT, since you're gonna cut either way...might as well gain as much mass as possible while on cycle. Run a proper PCT with a few whole eggs and plenty of protein daily to try to preserve muscle while cutting.

i dont plan on cutting until after pct I will at least keep calories at maintenance during pct to maximize keeping my gains ... I just didn't know if it would be worth dropping to maintenance once I reach a certain weight (175 I was thinking) and running m sten at maintenace to sort of start a recomp while still on PH or just keep it at a surplus ... Either way I won't drop the calories to a deficit until after I finish the 4 weeks of pct

DMZ 3.0. My frame of thought is that PH's and DS's are taken to build muscle and hold on to muscle, while diet and cardio is used to remove fat. Think bout it this way; you want to hold on to as much muscle as possible while loosing fat right? So what would be the best supplement to do that? Most likely, then same supplement that helped you put on the muscle to begin with. So IMO use the best muscle building/sparing supp there is, which IMO is DMZ 3.0.

Some while opt for a more dry compound like epi-tren but unless you're very very lean like sub 5% the difference in water retention is really negligible.

Yup, any anabolic will do, it really is just a matter of water retention that forms people's decisions.
 
DMZ+epiandro+clen would be awesome, but harsh on the body.

Day 34 - deciding to take my second off day since starting the cycle ... I hate these but my left arm has been aching/sore the last few days at the gym so thought I'd give it some extra rest... I'll be back at it tomorrow ... Perfect day out gunna try to get out on the motorcycle and maybe hit a pool

Wrap that arm, compression is one of the best things for healing.

Welp, totally lied haha was bored and got the itch so went and did chest. Started my new routine (switched from 5,3,1 to a similar power bodybuilding approach that Mike O Hearn does) ... Bench for 7 sets of 4, followed by 4 other exercises of 4 sets times 10 going slow and really focusing on the form and contractions ... Felt amazing and got a great pump ... Will be following the same for back (deads), shoulders (military or db press), and legs (squats) then will have an arms day ... Really excited to see how the strength goes with this plan and the m sten starting to kick in

Day 35 - back/abs/calves

deads - 7 sets 275x4 followed by lat pulldowns, one arm db rows, seated rows, t bar rows, hyper extensions all at 4 sets x 10 and very slow and concentrated ... Feeling really strong followed with some abs and calves

will weigh in tomorrow and see where I'm at 5 weeks in :)
 
Day 36 (start of week 6) - Weighed in at 170.4 so up another 1.6 pounds since last weigh in (Day 29) and up 11.6 pounds since day 1 ... pretty awesome I think especially considering I've managed to still maintain my abs (although barely compared to hoiw they looked before) ... I did just find out yesterday I'm going to be making a trip to Cali Aug 28th (almost right at the end of week 13 - last week of E-control after PCT) and will be going to Nocturnal Wonderland with my smokin hot rave friend haha aka time to cut the calories to maintenance and stop gaining and start to harden up (sorry EB I know this will sadden you) but I cant go out there and be ragin for 2 days at a music festival shirtless not lookin my best haha ... that being said im super happy with how the bulk part of this cycle went for 5 weeks, I've never ever attempted to bulk and I'd say it went pretty dang well ... lookin forward to see what kind of results I get these next 3 weeks keepin cals at maintenance and finishing this M sten out :)

Yesterday (Day 37) - rocked out Shoulders (military press 7 sets x 4, seated lat raises, plate front raises, barbell upright rows, arnold presses, incline rear delt raises all 4 sets x 10, and barbell shrugs 6 sets x 10 followed by abs/20 min HIIT Cardio), today, Day 38, will be legs with Squat being the power lift for 7 sets x 4 and then adding in leg press, leg ext, lying leg curls, walking db lunges, and standing/sitting calf raises followed by abs and 20 min HIIT Cardio ... feelin great still nothin negative to report
